ASG + FIBO

PROFILE

Fibo and ASG partnered to disrupt the wall systems category with modern, waterproof designs. ASG led the North American expansion, but their branding and asset library were inconsistent across markets and channels.

PROJECT

I built a unified identity system and managed the creative workflow across teams in the US, Europe, and the Middle East. I organized asset needs by region, coordinated feedback cycles, and set up a streamlined process for producing digital, print, event, and physical branding. My focus was keeping every partner aligned while adapting deliverables for regional requirements.

RESULT

The consolidated brand system increased lead quality and supported ASG’s international growth. Teams now rely on a shared asset structure that improves consistency, speeds up production, and gives each region clear, ready to use materials.
