PROFILE
After being acquired by Hershey, Dot’s needed a refreshed digital presence that fit within corporate brand standards while still keeping the personality that made the brand successful. Multiple teams were involved across marketing, creative, and corporate brand management.
PROJECT
I oversaw the creative direction and production workflows for the post acquisition rebrand. I consolidated visuals from multiple sources, aligned creative decisions with Hershey’s brand teams, and built a streamlined system for producing digital and social assets. I managed timelines, coordinated feedback cycles, and kept cross functional teams aligned through each phase of the relaunch.
RESULT
The relaunch delivered a cohesive brand presence across all digital channels and significantly improved consistency for ongoing content production. The new systems reduced revision cycles, simplified handoffs between teams, and gave both Dot’s and Hershey partners a cleaner, more predictable creative workflow.
