PROFILE
Feel Great is a plant based wellness brand with hundreds of SKUs and an aggressive content schedule across Amazon, Walmart, and DTC channels. They needed a complete creative reset, including a full scale photo and video production, a massive asset buildout, and a cleaner system for managing ongoing campaigns.
PROJECT
I led the entire initiative from concept through delivery. This included directing a three day photo and video production, managing cast and crew, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing all creative output. I set the visual direction, produced key assets myself, and handled client communication throughout.
On the operations side, I built the workflow that kept everything moving. Intake, shot lists, scheduling, production logistics, review cycles, and QA. Every piece flowed through a system I designed, so the team always knew what was happening, what was next, and what was needed.
RESULT
We delivered hundreds of assets across photo, video, and digital formats on time and with consistent quality. The refreshed creative lifted marketplace visibility and improved performance on core product lines. The system I built replaced a fractured process with a clear, repeatable pipeline that made ongoing production smoother, faster, and far easier for the team to manage.
