PROFILE
Solblade is a premium culinary brand preparing to launch a new line of sustainably made knives. They needed operational structure for their creative efforts, clear workflows, and a repeatable system to support go to market content and cross functional work.
PROJECT
I served as the creative operations lead and project manager for the brand’s launch. I built the workflow for content planning, organized asset needs across photo, video, and digital, and coordinated timelines with internal teams and production partners. I set up tools, created intake paths, managed approvals, and ensured every deliverable moved through a clean, predictable process.
RESULT
The brand launched with an organized pipeline, aligned stakeholders, and a scalable system for ongoing content creation. The workflows I developed simplified handoffs, improved visibility across teams, and gave Solblade a solid operational foundation for future campaigns and product expansions.
