PROFILE

TropiClean is a global pet care brand with hundreds of SKUs and several product lines competing across retail and e commerce channels. Their visuals, messaging, and workflows had drifted across teams, creating inconsistencies that weakened brand presence and slowed content production.

PROJECT

I led both the creative direction and the operational overhaul for the brand. I set the visual direction for refreshed packaging, digital assets, and brand storytelling, while also rebuilding the workflows that supported production. This meant standardizing visuals across hundreds of SKUs, redesigning key assets myself, coordinating with marketing and product teams, and establishing a clean, repeatable process for intake, reviews, and delivery.

RESULT

The unified creative direction and new workflow increased content quality, strengthened brand consistency, and improved e commerce performance. With a centralized asset library and clear production steps, TropiClean now produces on brand content faster and with less friction.
